Preorder Policy
How Preorders Work:
We typically run preorders 1-2 times a month for up to two weeks at a time. You can order the item on our website, if an item "makes production" (meaning if it receives enough orders), it will be ordered and you will receive an email confirmation once the preorder closes. If an item does not "make production", you will be refunded for any item that does not meet MOQ- any other items in your order that meet MOQ, will be ordered and you will not be refunded for those items. Cancellation or size changes are NOT ALLOWED once the preorder closes.
Shipping Info:
If you purchase an item RTS with your preorder, that RTS item WILL NOT SHIP until your preorder item ships. If you need your RTS item sooner, then you will need to place two separate orders. Because these items are Made To Order, they take 8-10 weeks to ship to us here at The Honey Hole, once we receive the items, we will sort the orders and ship them or have them ready for pickup within 5-7 days. Shipping times may vary with different shipping partners.
Shop Pay:
We have Shop Pay available for those who wish to use it. Again, if an item does not meet production, we will refund your method of payment. If you use Shop Pay and have a delay in your refund, please reach out to their customer service first.
FAQs:
"I've ordered an item but can't remember when it is supposed to be arriving?" -We will have a tab with all current preorders Open, Closed, In Production, and Past where you can find the Estimated Arrival Time
"I've moved since placing my order. How do I change my address?"- Just email us at thehoneyholeal@gmail.com titled ADDRESS CHANGE and be sure to include your order number.
"I've received my order and I'm missing items. What do I do?"- Email us at thehoneyholeal@gmail.com titled MISSING ITEMS. Please be sure to include the order number and which item/s you are missing.
"I've received my order and my items are damaged. What do I do?"- Please send an email to thehoneyholeal@gmail.com titled DAMAGED. You must send an email within three (3) days of receiving your items. Please be sure to include the order number and pictures of the item and a description of what is wrong. You must save all original packaging and make sure it is unwashed and unworn in like new condition. If it is eligible for a return we will send you a shipping label to send the product back.
Things to make note of:
We can NOT alter your order in any way once it is placed.
We can NOT add a discount if you forget to enter one
We can NOT alter sizing.
We can NOT adjust quantities.
We can NOT refund your order once it is placed.
Due to the way the system reports to the manufacturer, any changes to an order will cause discrepancies in the report that we send to the manufacturer. Therefore we can only replace or give store credit for any items that may have manufacturing defects.
